What Comes Next:

We process applications promptly and notify you of the approval status. Applications are assigned priority numbers based on various criteria, ensuring fair consideration for all eligible students. Once Chief and Council have made selections, you will receive a letter advising you of your application status.

If approved, the letter will include details such as the covered program, institution, funding dates, and types and amounts of funding provided. Additionally, you’ll receive the SLCN Post-Secondary Funding Program Student Handbook and an ‘Acceptance of Funding’ form.

Note: Due to funding limitations, we may not be able to support all applicants fully. We encourage applicants to explore additional funding sources, such as scholarships and bursaries, to cover living and educational expenses.

We look forward to supporting your educational journey with the Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation Post-Secondary Education Program!
